p897 Terms & Conditions

§1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the p897 website at p897.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interface, application, or service.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the p897 registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means the funds deposited by the Player into their p897 wallet using supported payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives granted by p897 to a Player, subject to the wagering and withdrawal conditions set out in Section 6.
• "Game" means any casino game, live dealer table game, slot game, bingo game, or sports betting market offered on the p897 platform.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required of all Players before withdrawal privileges are activated.

§2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Minimum Age. The p897 platform is available exclusively to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. p897 verifies age through government-issued identity documents during the KYC process. Any player found to be under the minimum age will have their account immediately closed and any funds processed in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful for you personally. p897 does not accept responsibility for any Player who uses the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so violates local law. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local regulations before registering.

2.3 One Account Rule. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account. Players must not register more than one account, whether in their own name or using the personal details of another person. Violations will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

2.4 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must keep this information current. Providing false details — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.5 KYC Verification. p897 reserves the right to request identity documents at any point, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Documents accepted include valid Philippine government-issued IDs such as a Philippine National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, or postal ID. Processing of withdrawal requests may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.

§3 Account Responsibilities

3.1 Credential Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p897 username and password. p897 will never ask you to provide your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat. You must notify p897 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.2 Liability for Account Activity. All activity that occurs under your account credentials — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach in advance of the activity. p897 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access that you failed to report promptly.

3.3 Account Inactivity. An account that has had no real money login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. p897 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee consistent with applicable regulations to inactive accounts. You will be notified by email prior to any such deduction.

3.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your p897 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to applicable KYC requirements.

§4 Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. p897 currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is set out on the p897 platform at the time of transaction. p897 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds at its discretion.

4.3 Deposit Verification. p897 reserves the right to verify the source of deposited funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to provide supporting documentation for deposits above certain thresholds.

4.4 Third-Party Payments. Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits originating from payment accounts belonging to third parties are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment source.

4.5 Currency. All account balances, wagers, and winnings on p897 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). p897 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.

§5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may be requested only from the Real Money Balance portion of your p897 wallet. Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements have been met in full. Any withdrawal that includes unwagered bonus funds will be subject to deduction of the bonus amount.

5.2 KYC Requirement. Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal. Players who have not submitted and had verified their identity documents may experience delays or suspension of withdrawal processing.

5.3 Processing Timeframes. p897 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated on the platform for each payment method. Actual settlement times depend on the payment provider. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.

5.4 Withdrawal to Same Method. p897 operates a same-method withdrawal policy where technically feasible. Withdrawals will be directed to the same GCash number, Maya account, or bank account used for deposits, where possible. Exceptions require additional verification.

5.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the platform. p897 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.

§6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by p897 are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is presented. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 30x) will be specified in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses through collusion, the use of multiple accounts, the use of automated software, or any other abusive strategy will have their bonus balance forfeited and their account suspended. p897 reserves sole discretion to determine what constitutes bonus abuse.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion will expire automatically. Expired bonuses are not reinstated under any circumstances.

§7 Game Rules & Fairness

7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the p897 platform is governed by its specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules prior to play. General questions regarding game mechanics may be directed to p897 customer support.

7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, network error, or software fault affecting any game on the p897 platform, p897 reserves the right to void the affected round or game session and return the bet amount to the Player's wallet. p897 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions outside its direct control.

7.3 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games at p897 Casino are conducted using certified equipment under controlled studio conditions. Game outcomes in live dealer rooms are determined by physical game equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) and are not generated electronically. Video streams are provided in real time and are subject to standard broadcast latency.

7.4 Disputed Results. In cases of disputed game results, the data recorded in p897's server logs shall be the definitive record. Video recordings of live dealer sessions may be reviewed as supplementary evidence. p897's determination of dispute outcomes is final after all available evidence has been reviewed.

§8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the p897 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing or attempting to access the platform if you are below 21 years of age.
• Operating more than one registered p897 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

§9 Responsible Gaming

§10 Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership. All content on the p897 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of p897 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

10.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any p897 platform content without the express prior written consent of p897. Unauthorized use of p897's intellectual property may result in legal action.

10.3 User Content. To the extent you submit any content to p897 (such as review submissions or support communications), you grant p897 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

§11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. p897 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities at all times. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where feasible. p897 is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including network outages, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

11.2 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p897's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

11.3 Consequential Loss. p897 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if p897 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Gambling Losses. Gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss. p897 does not accept liability for losses arising from lawful gaming activity conducted within the platform under these Terms. Players acknowledge that gambling outcomes are not guaranteed and that losses are a normal and understood risk of participation.

§12 Privacy & Data

12.1 Data Collection. p897 collects and processes personal data as described in the p897 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12.2 Data Use. Personal data collected by p897 is used for account management, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and customer support. p897 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12.3 Regulatory Disclosure. p897 may be required to disclose Player data to PAGCOR, financial intelligence authorities, or law enforcement agencies in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Such disclosures do not require prior notice to the Player where prohibited by law.

§13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. p897 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Where a change materially affects Players' rights, p897 will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice via registered email.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the p897 platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.

§14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the p897 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, unless resolved through the dispute resolution process described in Section 14.3.

14.3 Dispute Resolution. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact p897 customer support to seek resolution through the internal complaints process. p897 commits to responding to formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute is not resolved through this process, either party may escalate to the appropriate legal forum as set out in Section 14.2.
